What is the difference between network-level and telecommunication-level optical fiber jumpers?

Date: 2019-05-13 Click: 268

What's the difference between network-level and telecommunication-level fiber-optic jumpers? Fiber-optic jumpers are used to jump connections from devices to fiber-optic wiring links. They can be regarded as wires in circuits. They make use of the total reflection of shut-in optical fibers, which is equivalent to binding light to the fibers, so as to lead light to where you want it to go.

Fiber optic jumpers can be divided into network level and telecommunication level. First of all, the lower network level of fiber optic jumpers is slightly worse than telecommunication level. The reason for the worse is that the attenuation is larger. Network-level jumpers generally require very little, and will lose packets in transmission.
